Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities for your clients within your platforms
- Help develop the blueprint for paid social marketing at Engine
- You explore and leverage on the channel automation potential
- Management and deliver on paid social campaigns
- Design client strategies that can be executed at scale and deliver performance
- Build client reporting to deliver performance trends that inform channel optimizations
- Consultation and regular communication with client
- Creative consultation per paid social channel
- Ensure that reports are correct, informative and in accordance with internal processes/documents
- Ensure data quality of channel (e.g. tracking is correct)
- KPI measurement and definition
- Make budget recommendations based on client needs
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Requirements:
- 4+ years of managing and optimising paid social channels to drive efficient campaigns and a consistent brand voice
- Strong knowledge of at least 1 major social media, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok or LinkedIn
- Experience in running app campaigns (working with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc. is a big plus)
- Good problem-solving and the ability to analyse information and make data-driven recommendations
- Have an eye for creative and social marketing trends
- Must have an appetite to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly and independently
- Good project management skills with proven ability to complete complex projects on time
- Good understanding of at least one major paid social platform
- Good understanding of technical implementation and limitation
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Nordic language is a plus!)
- Flexible & Agile working attitude with good problem solving skills
